By using RoamMeo you acknowledge and agree to the disclaimers set out below. This Disclaimer has a base that applies to everyone and one or more region addenda for local law. RoamMeo is launching in Australia first; the Australia Addendum below applies to Australian users. Please read carefully before using the Platform.
1. Platform Nature
RoamMeo is a local business discovery directory that enables consumers to find nearby businesses. We are not a supplier, service provider, employer, or agent of any vendor listed on the Platform.
We do not verify, inspect, or assess the quality, safety, reliability, or suitability of any business, product, or service listed on the Platform beyond confirming a vendor's registration status with the applicable business register (in Australia, the Australian Business Register — see the Australia Addendum).
2. No Warranty
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose;
- Merchantability;
- Accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information on the Platform;
- Uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform;
- Freedom from viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes any guarantee, warranty, or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law of your region (see the applicable addendum).
3. Third-Party Content
Vendor profiles — including business names, descriptions, photos, pricing, service areas, and contact details — are created and maintained by the vendors themselves.
RoamMeo does not verify, moderate, or take responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or completeness of any vendor-generated content. You should independently verify any information provided by a vendor before deciding to engage them.
4. Professional and Regulated Services
For trades, construction, electrical, plumbing, medical, legal, financial, real estate, childcare, or any other regulated or professional services discovered through RoamMeo:
- Always verify that the vendor holds all required licences, certifications, and registrations for your state, territory, or jurisdiction before engaging them.
- Always verify that the vendor carries appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance relevant to the work to be performed.
- RoamMeo accepts no responsibility for any harm, financial loss, or legal consequence arising from your failure to carry out such verification.
5. External Links
The Platform may contain links to external websites, social media profiles, or third-party services operated by vendors or other third parties.

RoamMeo has no control over the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites and is not responsible for any harm or loss arising from your use of or reliance on any linked website or its content. The inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement by RoamMeo.
Region Addendum — Australia
The following applies in addition to the base document for users in Australia. Where an addendum conflicts with the base document, the addendum governs for that region.
ABN Verified Badge
An ABN Verified badge on an Australian vendor profile means only that the ABN provided by the vendor is registered and active with the Australian Business Register. It does not indicate that the vendor is skilled, licensed, insured, trustworthy, or that their services are of any particular quality or standard.
Australian Consumer Law
For users in Australia, nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, warranty, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded.
Additional Region Addenda
RoamMeo is built to expand into new markets. As we launch in additional regions, a region-specific addendum for each new market will be added here — covering that region's privacy, consumer, and business-verification laws — without changing the base document above. No additional regions are active yet.
